Legal advice and case assistance

  • Client counselling and a written summary of your options
  • Supervised written legal opinions on your situation and the governing law
  • Barangay mediation and conciliation preparation, including the settlement documents
  • DOLE, NLRC and other agency matters where student practice is allowed
  • Pleadings prepared and reviewed under attorney supervision
  • Court appearance by Level 2 practitioners where Rule 138-A permits
  • Referral to the Public Attorney's Office, IBP Legal Aid, or the proper agency

Documents we draft

  • Affidavits: loss, desistance, two disinterested persons, sworn statements
  • Deeds of absolute sale and donation, and lease contracts
  • Special and general powers of attorney
  • Extrajudicial settlement of estate and deeds of partition
  • Promissory notes and acknowledgments of debt
  • Complaints, answers, position papers, petitions and motions

Drafts are reviewed and signed off by a supervising attorney before release. Notarisation is arranged separately with an independent notary public — the clinic does not notarise the documents it prepared for its own clients.
